The staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and if anything was running low the attendant made sure she let us know more was coming. The Dove shampoo, conditioner and lotion was top notch.

There was a huge stain on the hallway floor that really needed cleaned up. Other than that this hotel is immaculate. And I'm pretty sure that it had not been there long and someone will attend to it soon.

This hotel is in a great area. The staff are all very nice. The breakfast bar is the standard you would expect from the holiday inn and loved the brand of yogurt they offered. My only disappointment is the carpets and the room furniture …

DEFINITELY NOT YOUR NORMAL HOLDAY INN!!! As someone who stays in hotels a lot you expect certain things of certain hotels and as an member of such hotels you really expect more. We booked two rooms at this hotel wanting a place with a pool and hot tub that we could have fun with our granddaughter and kids. First night the pool area closed because a kid got sick. Not the hotel’s fault. However, the second night when we could use the pool it was unbelievable filthy. Filmy stuff floating on the bottom of the hot tub and the edges around the pool and hot tub were simply dirty. The carpet in the rooms were dirty. Floor in the bathroom was dirty and the beds were as bad as sleeping on the ground. Housekeeping started cleaning at around 8:00 am understandable, but they were constantly letting the door bang against the latch used to keep the door from locking. I don’t know about you but when I stay at a hotel I like to sleep in.

This holiday inn was awful. The rooms were dirty. Looks like their cleaning staff just surface cleans. Carpet was dirty. The walls in our room had brown Stains and handprints everywhere. The comforters had stains and I asked the front desk staff if they could change them for us. The guy said of course and that he would go up there and change them. We returned to our room after a few hours and the same stained bedding was on there and hadn’t changed. The only decent thing was the breakfast. Other than that terrible stay. Do not stay here. There are better options.

This was the absolute worst experience at a hotel that I have ever had. Both the hot tub and the pool are filthy to the point that it grossed us out. The beds are hard as a rock making it very uncomfortable to sleep. There are no room amenities such as plastic bags for wet swimsuits. The housekeeping staff started early in the morning cleaning and just allowing the doors to slam behind them. The morning breakfast tastes like leftovers from the day before. All in all it was a 0/10.

Checked in by 2 male staff, unhelpful, gave us a room w/a defective shower (almost no water coming out of the shower, most of it was coming out under); didn't know until we took a shower in the morning before checking out. Morning staff was much better.
